RN/BSN
...to help elderly people live in the community. Excellent
opportunity for an RN seeking a professional position.
Provide leadership and nursing care to people, some
with developmental disabilities in our expanding
Family Care Program. A Bachelor's degree in
Nursing is required. Experience in community nursing
preferred. NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS OR PAGER.
Psychiatric Nurse
Part-Time position for a Psychiatric Nurse with a
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Behavioral Science.
You will provide care and leadership in the areas of
health, wellness, and community care. Must have
1000 hours experience with chronically mentally ill
for our certified CSP. Experience in community nursing
preferred. You must also have a valid driver's license,
personal vehicle and auto insurance. NO EVENINGS,
WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
RN
Part-Time position at New Health Services, a premier
non-profit, supportive home care agency in Milwaukee.
This is a 20 hour/week position. Requirements include
good assessment and organizational skills, ability to work
independently and collaboratively. Good communication
skills and solid knowledge of nursing processes also needed.
Two years home health/public health care experience
preferred. Current WI RN license. Travel required around
metro Milwaukee. NO WEEKENDS WITH POSSIBILITY OF
FULL-TIME HOURS LATER.

Case Manager
(Employment Services)
The Milwaukee Center for Independence assists individuals with special
needs
to live and work in the community.
In this full-time position, you will assist individuals achieve their
short/long term related goals. Utilizing the “Person Centered”
approach you
will also conduct assessments/evaluations to ensure that goals are met.
Effective interpersonal skills are required to collaborate with
Employment
Service Staff and assist clients in career exploration.
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field is required along
with PC
skills, and knowledge of case management principles and practices.
Experience with disabled population on an individual basis is desired.
Personal vehicle, good driving record, valid driver’s license and
current
insurance that complies with agency limits is required.
