Lana is currently a part-time student in the Pre-Nursing Program.  Her previous careers were working with children and adults with disabilities in a group home setting.  She worked in this field for twelve years as a caregiver.  In 1998, she decided to make a change and worked in a group home setting with troubled adolescents for five years.  Lana was a youth care worker and a youth care supervisor and still did part-time work at the group home for people with disabilities.  One day, it was time to look for another way to work with people in the health field.  So here she is.
