We are out to impress you! Shawano Country is a lovely place to visit. Shawano's beauty serves to inspire artists of all ages. Come visit the studios of some of these working artists. Most of these studios are open only for this event, providing a unique opportunity to meet the artists and purchase their work.
Shawano Country "Miles of Art” is a fall celebration of the arts and nature throughout Shawano and Menominee Counties (Shawano Country). The event will include self-guided tours of area artists’ studios and galleries, Walls of Wittenberg murals, Shawano Country Barn Quilts, Gresham Community Quilts, live music, and dancing, combined with colorful fall drives. Miles of Art brochures with location maps will be available at each studio site, area businesses, and the Shawano Country Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center, 1263 S. Main Street, Shawano.
Come to the College of Menominee Nation, host site for the Miles of Art Tour, and celebrate the arts and nature on October 1-2, 2016.
