Fall 2019 Theatre Showcase Thursday Night, Dec. 5

CMN MIHS Theater Showcase

The College of Menominee Nation (CMN) invites the public to view a theatre showcase in the Menominee Indian High School Auditorium (MIHS). Co-directed by CMN’s theatre faculty member Ryan Winn and Keshena Primary School’s music teacher Jessica Wagner, the show will include acting scenes, music, and improvisation based upon audience feedback.

The showcase marks the first time CMN has held its Theatre Production course at MIHS, enabling high school students to join their CMN peers in learning the craft of acting in the school’s auditorium. The night promises to be a celebration of the art form, allowing students to fulfill both acting and technical roles.

CMN and MIHS students involved in the production include the following: Kenew Bell, Ella Chevalier, Avari Fernandez, Amanda Kelley, Kemewan Kinepoway, Aaliyah LaMotte, Lexxus Liebe, Thomas Seidler, and Talon Two Crow.

The production will be held Thursday, Dec. 5, at 7 p.m. in the Menominee Indian High School’s Auditorium, N500 STH 47/-55 Keshena, WI 54135. Admission is free.
