If a student is requesting a leave of absence for COVID-19 related to concerns or limitations, they are required to do so in writing. This can be completed by e-mail to Geraldine Sanapaw or Denise Madosh. A student will have 180 days from the date of notification to return to classes or CMN will perform the Return to Title IV funds calculation based on the last date of attendance (LOA ) the absence began.
